Driven by a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony, Meg is dedicated to living a fully authentic life. Born and raised in San Francisco, she integrates Buddhist principles and yogic practices to guide others toward balance and fulfillment. As a Reiki Master, Restorative Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Massage Therapist, Meg prioritizes creating a safe, nurturing space for her clients so they may reduce stress and awaken to their full potential. A fourth generation card reader and second generation energy healer, Meg combines ancient wisdom with modern techniques to create custom sessions for each client.
